These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Invopiranha, an invoicing platform available at invopiranha.com (the “Service”), operated from Massachusetts, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Invopiranha lets business owners create, send, and track invoices, and lets their clients pay those invoices online. You can use your own dashboard in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, or Chinese; invoice documents and emails sent to your clients always render in English. Invopiranha helps you create, send, and track invoices — it is not a tax, legal, or accounting service. Please consult a licensed CPA or tax professional to prepare and file your taxes.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Invopiranha offers a Free plan and paid Growth and Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We may change plan pricing with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new pricing.

4. Payments to You via Stripe Connect

If you connect your own Stripe account, your clients can pay your invoices online, and funds settle directly into your connected Stripe account. Invopiranha is not a party to the transaction between you and your client, does not take any fee from these payments, and is not responsible for chargebacks, refunds, or disputes arising from them — those are between you, your client, and Stripe, subject to Stripe’s own terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Invopiranha to send fraudulent invoices, violate any applicable law, infringe on others’ rights, or disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. Your Data

You own the business, client, and invoice data you enter into Invopiranha. You grant us a license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you (for example, generating and emailing your invoices). See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Invopiranha is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue or unpaid invoices. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
